A Rebuttle to ''A Date with Your Family''
This is a rebuttle to both ''A Date with Your Family'', a movie usually seen as "an accurate account of 50's culture", and is also a rebuttle to the reviews who take it seriously. I hope that this video proves that ''A Date with Your Family'' is NOT an accurate example of 1950's culture, nor does it reveal "the horrible truth" of the decade.

''The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet" - (Title: ''David, the Law Clerk'', aired 21 October 1959)
Another episode of the ABC-TV sitcom "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet", this one also complete with original commercials for Eastman Kodak. In this episode, David wants to get a job as a law clerk, but a series of coincidences may result in him losing the job before he gets it. Although reasonably popular, the show rarely ranked in the Top 20 in the ratings, perhaps since ABC-TV was a minor network at the time.

1966 TV-Commercial for ''Colgate Toothpaste''
Another classic 1960s commercial, this time for Colgate Toothpaste. "Mrs Wallace" is worried about her son's cavities while her at some school event, when some random guy tells them about how Colgate Toothpaste "is the leader in reducing cavitives". Cute, corny, clever, but somewhat cloying, this commercial has one problem: the color is gone (did it exist?) and is simply tinted-blue.
